Join a global fashion retail business as a Business Analyst, turning data into insights that support growth, forecasting, pricing, reporting, and operational decision-making.
Обязанности
- Develop data-driven processes and methods for forecasting, pricing, growth initiatives, and other business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to measure the impact of initiatives, changes, and external factors.
- Build, maintain, and optimize business data tools, reports, and KPIs.
- Define data structures, analytical logic, and decision-making models.
- Create dashboards and conduct ad hoc analyses that generate actionable insights.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a business or operations analyst, or in consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver actionable, data-driven insights with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with a builder mindset.

- Experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Experience with Tableau or Looker.
