An international engineering, architecture, and BIM company is seeking an experienced Client Manager to connect clients with planning and engineering teams. The role combines client relationship management, team leadership, operational coordination, and process ownership throughout the project life
Обязанности
- Manage client relationships and maintain high-quality professional engagement
- Lead teams in collaboration with team leaders
- Understand client needs and translate them into objectives, priorities, and clear work plans
- Monitor team performance, work quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction
- Coordinate between clients, team leaders, and relevant internal stakeholders
- Resolve ongoing challenges, gaps, and issues with responsive professional support
- Identify professional or operational gaps and address them through training, work reallocation, team reinforcement, or staffing changes
Требования
- At least 5 years of practical experience in architectural planning, engineering, or construction in Israel
- Background as a structural engineer, architect, industrial engineer, or another engineering professional
- In-depth knowledge of planning and construction processes in Israel
- Strong interpersonal communication and long-term relationship-building skills
- High personal accountability, independence, and leadership ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong systems thinking, organization, and planning skills
- High-level English for client communication, meetings, and professional documentation

- Experience managing or coordinating professional teams
- Russian language skills
- Experience with Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, or comparable planning and engineering systems
