Lead and execute managed shipping initiatives, driving seller adoption and improving customer experience. Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to scale shipping capabilities. Track performance metrics and support business reviews. 1-year fixed-term contract based in Berlin.
Обязанности
- Lead execution of managed shipping, labels, and PUDO initiatives
- Support strategies to increase seller adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver a consistent end-to-end shipping experience
- Identify experience gaps and collaborate with Product and Operations to implement improvements
- Work with Product and Engineering to support roadmap execution
- Partner with Marketplace Operations and Go-to-Market teams to support operational readiness and market strategy implementation
- Track adoption, revenue, and key performance metrics, and support business reviews with clear follow-up actions
Требования
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business strategy, product, or marketplace operations
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering results
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience supporting growth, adoption, and business performance in complex environments
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to turn insights into actions and drive execution across teams
