Responsible for managing medium to large building projects, ensuring design meets client budget, schedule, and program. Leads project teams, manages budgets and contracts, and mentors junior staff. Requires 8+ years of design and management experience, knowledge of building codes and construction systems.

- Manage complex tasks on medium to large size projects
- Plan, organize, and direct work throughout the project life to ensure successful delivery
- Lead client and project team to meet budget, schedule, program, and design intent
- Develop and manage project budget, schedule, and work plan
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and motivate project teams
- Lead project coordination and owner/site meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and track change orders, contractor payments, and contractual modifications
- Direct client invoicing and manage collections
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience in design and management
- Thorough understanding of accessibility codes, life-safety codes, and building construction systems
- Capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
