Project Manager responsible for overseeing all phases of construction and infrastructure projects from initiation to close-out. Manages scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensures stakeholder communication, and mitigates risks. Requires 5-10 years of construction management experience, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project phases from initiation to close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
  • Serve as owner advocate, providing recommendations and maintaining communications among all parties.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans, risk registers, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate design activities, FF&E, and contractor selection processes.
  • Monitor construction progress, review RFIs, change orders, and submittals, and ensure schedule adherence.
  • Conduct project meetings, document minutes, and track action items to completion.
  • Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and direct reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and lead decision-making.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and meet physical requirements of construction site visits.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • PMP certification.
  • Project management software certifications and training.
  • Experience with contract development and risk management.
