Project Manager
Project Manager responsible for overseeing all phases of construction and infrastructure projects from initiation to close-out. Manages scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensures stakeholder communication, and mitigates risks. Requires 5-10 years of construction management experience, PMP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead project phases from initiation to close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
- Serve as owner advocate, providing recommendations and maintaining communications among all parties.
- Develop and maintain project management plans, risk registers, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate design activities, FF&E, and contractor selection processes.
- Monitor construction progress, review RFIs, change orders, and submittals, and ensure schedule adherence.
- Conduct project meetings, document minutes, and track action items to completion.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and direct reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and lead decision-making.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and meet physical requirements of construction site visits.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
- PMP certification.
- Project management software certifications and training.
- Experience with contract development and risk management.
