Project Manager responsible for safety, contractual compliance, supplier management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality control on construction projects. Requires degree and strong industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce safety practices
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders
- Develop and communicate project schedules
- Oversee quality control and first-work kickoffs
- Manage business processes including RFIs, submittals, change orders
- Lead supplier and trade partner engagement from solicitation to closeout
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent
- Proficiency with PM software (Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
Nice to have
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6
