Responsibilities
- Manage high-complexity projects in process, manufacturing, and industrial environments.
- Serve as primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and delivery discipline.
- Lead project teams through planning, execution, and closeout phases.
- Drive business development, including proposals, presentations, and contract negotiation.
- Attend management coordination meetings to align on projects.
- Coach and mentor less experienced project managers and engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of project management experience in industrial settings.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
