A defense engineering organization is seeking a Systems Integration Team Lead to direct integration and testing from individual modules through complete radar systems.
Responsibilities
- Define integration and testing processes for hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, and RF modules.
- Lead field trials in Israel and internationally.
- Establish and maintain laboratory infrastructure for system-level integration.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience integrating and testing complex systems involving microwave, hardware, firmware, and software.
- Proven experience developing system-level test plans.
- Experience leading technical or systems integration teams.
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Nice to have
- Experience establishing and operating an advanced development and integration laboratory.
