Systems Engineer – Navigation Systems Development

Lead the development of navigation assemblies, including IMUs, INS units, and supporting navigation sensors. Own the work from system architecture and requirements definition through verification, customer integration, testing, production transfer, and delivery. The role is based in northern Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead navigation assembly development from system architecture through production transfer and customer delivery.
- Define system requirements and select measurement technologies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary development across electronics, software, mechanics, algorithms, and AI.
- Lead assembly verification and validation processes, including qualification and proof-of-design activities.
- Integrate navigation systems into customer systems and support system-level testing.
- Develop calibration algorithms for measurement devices.
- Own product performance, quality, budget, and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or aeronautical engineering.
- At least two years of experience developing multidisciplinary systems.
- At least one year of systems engineering experience in multidisciplinary product development.
- Technical knowledge of electronics, software, and standard measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of LabVIEW and MATLAB.
