Lead end-to-end development of multidisciplinary systems in RF and electromagnetic domains at a defense organization’s Holon site. The role covers requirements, design decisions, development cycles, verification, testing, integration, and customer delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of a multidisciplinary system of systems.
- Manage engineering processes, testing, and verification and validation through customer delivery.
- Define requirements and author technical specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and cross-organizational teams.
- Collaborate with customers, business units, operations, engineering, and internal development teams.
- Work with teams developing RF and high-electric-field systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Electrical or Computer Engineering is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience as a technical manager or chief systems engineer on complex projects.
- Hands-on experience across hardware, software, and systems-integration lifecycles.
- Excellent technical English for reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to present and participate in technical reviews in Hebrew and English.
- Strong systems thinking, initiative, and ability to lead in a matrix environment.
Nice to have
- Experience leading verification and validation processes.
- Experience transitioning completed systems to customers.
- Electrical or Computer Engineering degree.
