An aerospace and defense organization in northern Israel is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Manager to lead the development of airborne display systems for international platforms and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead display-system development from proposal and initial architecture through transition to serial production
- Provide matrix leadership and coordinate optics, electro-optics, materials, process engineering, hardware, software, FPGA, mechanics, and design verification teams
- Work directly with American customers, including major platform manufacturers and end users
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects involving optics, hardware, mechanics, and software
- Deep knowledge of display architectures, computers, and military standards
- Familiarity with military and civilian development standards
- Strong technical, hands-on understanding
- High-level English proficiency
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Background in hardware or electro-optical development
- Experience working with American customers
- Experience writing requirements and development documentation
