Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – HCM

Join an enterprise software team helping HR organizations evaluate and adopt HCM solutions. Partner with sales, advise HR leaders, and demonstrate how cloud technology can address complex business needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and design tailored HCM solutions
- Lead discovery workshops and strategic discussions with HR leaders and executives
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions
- Explain the business value of AI and agentic AI capabilities
- Present to audiences ranging from executive meetings to customer events
- Support sales cycles through RFI and RFP responses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build trusted customer relationships
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HCM as an HRIS professional, solutions engineer, HR transformation consultant, or HCM implementation consultant
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, information systems, technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Fluent Hebrew and English communication skills
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration, learning agility, and relationship-building skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar HCM platforms
- Experience engaging with CHROs, HR leaders, HR business partners, HRIS teams, and senior stakeholders
- Exposure to Core HR, talent, recruiting, learning, or workforce management solutions
