Lead systems engineering for advanced electro-optical guidance systems, coordinating hardware, software, firmware, mechanical engineering, integration, testing, and manufacturing transfer.
Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering for electro-optical guidance system development projects.
- Write specifications and requirements for navigation and guidance systems.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams spanning hardware, software, firmware, mechanical engineering, and subcontractors.
- Own system design, architecture, engineering reviews, integration, laboratory testing, and field trials.
- Develop and implement laboratory infrastructure for system testing and integration.
- Lead design development and support product transfer to manufacturing, including knowledge transfer to manufacturing engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering.
- Experience developing multidisciplinary hardware and logic-design systems.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in systems engineering.
- Familiarity with MATLAB.
