Responsibilities
- Represent customer needs and collaborate with field, central, and product teams
- Curate custom feature and availability requests for specialized customer use cases
- Provide advanced technical guidance to go-to-market teams and help resolve complex customer challenges
- Own technical standards and quality for specialist technical artifacts
- Contribute technical insight to go-to-market strategy, events, campaigns, and customer engagements
- Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, forums, and public-speaking events
- Support an internal community of technical subject-matter experts
- Create enablement materials explaining how to integrate data and AI solutions into customer architectures
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data, or analytics
- At least 10 years of IT development, implementation, or consulting experience in the software or internet industries
- At least 7 years working with data and AI technologies, including AI/ML, generative AI, analytics, databases, or storage
- Experience working with data and analytics
- Familiarity with data analysis services and technologies such as distributed databases, data warehouses, stream processing, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis, or comparable platforms

- Infrastructure, database architecture, and networking experience
- Experience with end-user or developer communities
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer workloads for the cloud
- Experience with cloud platform technologies
