Lead clinical and application activities for nuclear medicine and PET-CT imaging systems within R&D. Translate clinical needs and customer feedback into system and software improvements while supporting validation, image quality, quantification, and complex issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Act as the clinical reference for nuclear medicine and PET-CT applications and workflows within R&D programs
- Investigate complex customer and field issues and convert findings into product improvement inputs
- Collaborate with product, software, algorithms, systems engineering, hardware, UX, service, and field teams
- Translate clinical use cases and user needs into system and software requirements
- Support design and validation of imaging applications, reconstruction methods, and workflow solutions
- Provide clinical input on image quality, quantification accuracy, dose, and user experience
- Support clinical evaluation and validation of AI-enabled imaging solutions and performance claims
- Contribute to usability, clinical validation, and regulatory documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical applications, R&D, or systems engineering for medical imaging
- Knowledge of medical imaging physics, reconstruction, quantification, and clinical workflows
- Experience with quantitative image evaluation
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, field teams, and end users
- Proficiency with modern digital and AI-based analysis and productivity tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with commercial nuclear medicine or PET-CT systems
- Exposure to AI-driven imaging or advanced reconstruction solutions
- Experience in global or matrixed R&D organizations
