Seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the development and integration of advanced multidisciplinary artillery systems, from individual platforms through complete operational concepts.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced artillery systems and modernize existing systems with new technologies
- Lead multidisciplinary development teams in a matrix structure
- Define and analyze system requirements
- Coordinate system development from analysis and definition through testing and customer acceptance trials
- Work directly with customers during integration, testing, and acceptance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience developing and integrating multidisciplinary systems combining software, hardware, control, and mechanical components
- Experience analyzing customer requirements and deriving internal system requirements
- High-level English proficiency
- Willingness to travel internationally and participate in field trials
- Willingness to work under pressure and additional hours
- Strong interpersonal, independent working, and learning skills
- Broad systems perspective

- Military background in artillery, armored corps, or weapons systems
