Lead end-to-end new product introduction and transfer from development to serial production for complex, multidisciplinary systems. Connect development, manufacturing, and field operations while improving products, processes, and production outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPI processes from development through serial production.
- Lead integrated engineering activities, including test equipment specification, cost models, and implementation of manufacturing and testability requirements.
- Manage engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle across development, production, and maintenance.
- Conduct failure investigations and lead solutions to complex technical problems originating in the field.
- Lead design-for-X processes.
- Improve manufacturing processes, reduce cycle times, introduce innovations, and implement automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or practical engineering qualification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading NPI and development-to-production transfer processes.
- Experience developing multidisciplinary designs.
- Strong English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in systems engineering.
- Experience with testability engineering.
- Experience in the defense and space manufacturing sector.
