Responsibilities
- Influence customers’ component selection by applying broad technical expertise
- Position semiconductor solutions favorably against competitors
- Propose complete, system-level solutions that maximize product adoption
- Use sales tools and collaborate with design engineering to identify potential projects
- Support customer engineers and internal teams as a technical applications expert
- Develop customer and internal relationships that support business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics technology, electrical engineering technology, electrical and computer engineering, or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken English and the local language
- Understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components
- Knowledge of analog circuitry, including operational amplifiers, DC/DC power, data converters, and sensing
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes
- Soldering and debugging skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across functions and build effective professional relationships
- Strong time management and ability to deliver projects on schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and take initiative
