Systems Engineer – Autonomous Marine Platforms

Lead systems engineering for the hardware platform of autonomous marine vehicles, including architecture, requirements, subsystem development, integration, testing, and technical coordination with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Define system architecture
- Lead the development and validation of autonomous vehicle subsystems
- Define requirements for system components
- Write technical specifications, system requirements, and design documents
- Analyze requirements and define system-level solutions
- Provide engineering support throughout development
- Lead subsystem integration and participate in full-system integration and key laboratory and field trials
- Manage subcontractors on engineering requirements, design, development support, integration, and system testing
- Coordinate broad multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Define system-level and component-level requirements for energy and power systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or systems engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering or systems specification, development, integration, and system testing
- Strong multidisciplinary systems thinking and understanding
- High-level English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
