On-site opportunity in Yavne, Israel, to lead systems engineering for a multidisciplinary defense product across its full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Define system requirements based on customer needs
- Develop system architecture, interfaces, and engineering documentation
- Support development teams with cross-functional engineering guidance
- Lead system integration, testing, verification, and validation
- Perform risk, reliability, and system performance analyses
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and multiple technical stakeholders
- Lead design reviews and resolve system-level issues
- Ensure compliance with performance, quality, and safety requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, software, mechanical, or aeronautical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience developing multidisciplinary systems
- At least 3 years of systems engineering experience
- Experience writing system and requirements documentation
- Experience leading integration, testing, verification, and validation processes
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Ability to lead processes and collaborate across multiple technical interfaces
Nice to have
- Experience with defense, aerospace, or embedded systems
- Familiarity with military and systems-development standards
- Experience with Python, MATLAB, or VBA
- Ability to read and understand C code
