Lead cross-functional projects and governance processes covering compliance, privacy, regulation, ethics, information security, confidentiality, AML, and AI risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end projects covering compliance, privacy, regulation, ethics, information security, and risk management.
- Manage privacy verification and review processes for products, systems, projects, and technology initiatives.
- Identify privacy risks, document requirements, and track mitigation through closure.
- Manage confidential information processes for technology products, including AI-based systems.
- Support AI governance and lifecycle risk management activities.
- Develop and manage anti-corruption, ethics, privacy, confidentiality, and compliance policies and procedures.
- Oversee sensitive-data protection and confidentiality controls, including third-party engagements.
- Monitor AML and risk-management processes against international regulatory standards.
- Prepare executive reports, audit documentation, compliance records, and training programs.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with legal, privacy, security, IT, product, engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Use project and process management tools, including Monday.com.
Requirements
- Professional experience in compliance, regulation, privacy, risk management, or project management.
- Strong understanding of privacy and information security principles.
- Ability to lead complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong risk analysis, attention to detail, and process-tracking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High-level English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with GDPR, local privacy laws, Privacy Impact Assessments, or privacy reviews.
- Familiarity with CIMP or GRC processes for technology products and solutions.
- Knowledge of privacy and AI governance, including data usage, confidentiality, and risk management.
- Experience collaborating with IT, product, engineering, information security, or R&D teams.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy risks in third-party engagements.
