Lead applied research that connects generative AI advances with production-ready solutions. Collaborate with enterprise partners to develop novel generative media workflows and extend multimodal model capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work with client researchers and decision-makers to define challenges and scope AI research projects
- Run experiments, develop control mechanisms, and prototype generative video, image, and audio concepts
- Collaborate with engineering, creative, and product teams to deploy efficient algorithms into production
- Publish research and contribute open-source code and models
- Write scalable, high-performance code and maintain research pipelines
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor researchers and engineers
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field
- Strong background in generative AI, including video generation, image processing, and multimodal architectures
- At least 5 years delivering technical projects across cross-functional groups and external partners
- Track record of developing original ideas and executing rapid prototypes
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in computer science, machine learning, or a related field
