Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and organise treatment schedules
- Perform Californian, Ayurvedic, hot stone, Balinese, and other massage treatments according to established protocols
- Recommend and sell spa services and care products
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Maintain resort facilities and assets
- Coordinate with laundry, bar, restaurant, and other resort teams
Requirements
- Provide attentive, personalised service to spa clients
- Maintain a calm and relaxing professional manner
- Support spa revenue through service and product sales
- Work collaboratively with other resort departments
