Entry-level operations role supporting shipment inquiries, delivery issue resolution, tracking updates, and coordination across transportation stations in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls about shipment collections and delivery inquiries
- Investigate failed deliveries and collections
- Prioritize and reallocate failed deliveries for next-day delivery
- Enter shipment data into the internal tracking system
- Coordinate with team members, managers, and other operations stations
- Follow operational processes, controls, and regulatory requirements
