Lead the production planning and control function for a microelectronics manufacturing operation. Coordinate with internal departments, planning stakeholders, and subcontractors while managing deliveries, KPIs, and space-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the microelectronics production planning and control department.
- Work regularly with planning and control stakeholders and internal departments.
- Open agreements in the organization’s agreements management system.
- Track deliveries across the relevant production stations.
- Monitor subcontractors and their deliverables.
- Track performance against KPI targets.
- Manage space-related projects closely and in accordance with applicable procedures, in coordination with the missile and space systems division.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in production planning and control roles.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of KPI tracking and delivery management.
- Willingness to work overtime.
