Responsibilities
- Lead multiple strategic supply chain projects and programs, managing outcomes, milestones, and resource allocation
- Drive alignment and execution across global, cross-functional teams
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
- Create presentations and facilitate meetings that support consensus and decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements using data insights and best practices
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop performance reports using tools such as Excel, Databricks, and Tableau
- Document project, program, and process development activities
- Share knowledge and relevant information across functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization
- Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Experience with Databricks or a similar analytics platform
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including presentation design and storytelling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree
- PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or similar professional certification
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
