Operations and Procurement Manager

Own procurement, vendor relationships, company infrastructure, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance for a counter-drone technology company. The role reports to the CFO and works with budget owners and stakeholders across Israel and international operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, and purchase orders
- Manage local and international suppliers and subcontractors for components, equipment, and services
- Drive cost optimization, commercial improvements, and supplier performance
- Own budgets and central contracts for offices and infrastructure, including leases, moves, expansions, warehouses, parking, and maintenance
- Manage operational vendors, service providers, contracts, and commercial relationships
- Lead workplace safety activities, including inspections, fire safety, procedures, safety committees, and an external safety consultant
- Oversee regulatory compliance, ISO-related requirements, documentation, and certifications
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant procurement and operations experience
- Strong experience in procurement, vendor management, contracts, and commercial negotiations
- Experience with electronic and mechanical components, manufacturers, and subcontractors
- Experience managing offices, infrastructure, and operational service providers
- Strong commercial, negotiation, project management, and execution skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Independent, hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
