Inventory and Information Systems Specialist

On-site role in Karmiel supporting inventory control, enterprise information systems, reporting, data integrity, and operational process improvements within an aerospace and defense manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control inventory movements in enterprise systems
- Generate inventory reports and analyze inventory levels to support decisions
- Lead implementation of new information systems and tools
- Improve existing operational processes
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and IT teams to resolve operational issues
- Maintain data integrity across organizational systems
- Provide technical and functional support to end users and managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Logistics, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, production planning, financial control, information systems operations, or a related area
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Good level of English
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and technology-oriented skills
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Priority
