Global Demand and S&OP Planning Manager

Lead global demand and sales and operations planning across an international precision irrigation business. Own planning process improvements, systems strategy, scenario planning, and collaboration between commercial, finance, operations, and supply functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global demand and S&OP planning team
- Implement the S&OP culture and strategy roadmap
- Design and implement S&OP methods, tools, and best practices
- Provide inputs to global supply planning within an integrated process
- Improve planning processes for efficiency, accuracy, and agility
- Own the planning systems roadmap, including Jedox and SO99, and drive adoption
- Evaluate and implement new planning technologies
- Lead and support local S&OP processes aligned with global standards
- Drive scenario planning for risks and opportunities
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience leading S&OP across demand, supply, production, and inventory planning
- Experience implementing planning processes in global organizations
- Experience with change management methodologies
- SAP ERP experience
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Fluent English
- Strong training, facilitation, presentation, leadership, and cross-functional influence skills
- Detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
