Lead procurement and sourcing for a technology marketplace, shaping strategy, managing strategic suppliers, and partnering with Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
- Manage procurement budgets, optimize spending, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers and external partners.
- Improve procurement processes and operations to create additional value.
- Advise and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT teams.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams and providing strategic direction in high-velocity environments.
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, supplier management, and contract administration.
- Proven experience managing high-value contracts and complex negotiations.
- Strong analytical, financial, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams.
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as NetSuite, Bizdoc, or Opstream.
- Knowledge of global purchasing procedures and contract management.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve procurement efficiency.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies applied to procurement.
