Own social media strategy and community building across global markets for a data-driven trading platform. Manage channels, create content, coordinate campaigns, and optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an active trading community that encourages ongoing conversation.
- Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop initiatives that encourage participation, dialogue, and long-term loyalty.
- Lead organic initiatives including webinars, educational events, and special campaigns.
- Coordinate messaging, content, visuals, and internal stakeholders for cohesive execution.
- Collaborate with brand managers, PPC specialists, content writers, podcast teams, and designers.
- Track social performance analytics to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.
- Optimize posts and campaigns for audience growth and engagement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media or community management.
- Native-level or exceptional English writing and communication skills.
- Strong experience managing social channels, creating content, and driving organic engagement.
- Understanding of social media best practices, community growth, and audience engagement.
- Experience tracking performance and optimizing social KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Content, SEO, and Design teams.
- Creative, proactive, self-directed, and comfortable learning new domains independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing funnels or AI-assisted workflows.
- Knowledge of trading, forex, fintech, or financial markets.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, or Optimus.
- Interest or background in financial markets or trading.
- Additional language skills.
