Marketing Lead
Build and lead the marketing function from the ground up for a company developing hardware and software for secure access to critical systems. Own marketing strategy and execution, working directly with the CEO and supporting an enterprise-focused, partner-first go-to-market.
Responsibilities
- Develop category positioning, messaging, and brand narrative for AI and human access and work
- Translate technical security architecture into clear messaging for security and network buyers and partners
- Maintain brand voice across the website, collateral, and customer-facing materials
- Build, run, and measure demand-generation programs for enterprise security buyers
- Manage social presence, initially focused on LinkedIn
- Lead joint marketing with strategic partners
- Manage presence at security conferences and industry events
- Drive public relations, analyst relations, and thought leadership
- Develop sales narratives, collateral, battlecards, and competitive positioning
- Create marketing strategy and plans with measurable targets
- Establish marketing tools, processes, content operations, and infrastructure
- Use AI for research, content production, campaign operations, and analysis
- Shape the future marketing team and hire as the function grows
Requirements
- At least 6 years of B2B marketing experience, owning initiatives end to end
- Cybersecurity or network security market experience
- At least one full tenure at an early-stage startup, building marketing without an existing team or playbook
- Native English
- Professional, hands-on experience building and using AI workflows
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Excellent storytelling and written communication
- Business orientation focused on pipeline and revenue
- Comfort working as the sole marketer alongside founders
