Lead technology and production transfer programs with suppliers worldwide, coordinating onboarding, training, knowledge transfer, and cross-functional delivery in an advanced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Transfer of Technology processes and supplier onboarding.
- Manage supplier training, knowledge transfer, and production ramp-up.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and procurement teams.
- Support new product introduction activities and engineering change implementation.
- Monitor quality, project risks, milestones, and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- High level of English.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Systems thinking and the ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with production transfer, supplier onboarding, or technology knowledge transfer.
- Experience in defense or another advanced technology industry.
