Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud and platform integration projects, with a mandatory focus on AWS. Work with clients and technical teams in regulated environments, bridging business needs and technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver enterprise cloud and platform integration projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Coordinate AWS infrastructure solutions and platform architectures with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, briefings, and alignment between technical teams and client management.
  • Analyze systems and business needs; prepare business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Monitor budgets, project profitability, resource allocation, timelines, and delivery metrics.
  • Oversee integrations and coordinate with security and compliance teams in regulated environments.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and track project health using enterprise tools.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years managing complex technical projects as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.
  • Professional Services experience, including client-facing delivery and statement-of-work scoping.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services, technologies, and architecture patterns.
  • Experience writing detailed business and technical requirements documents and connecting R&D teams with clients.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or AI tools.
  • Ability to manage client relationships, negotiations, competing priorities, and matrixed teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with financial services, insurance, or government projects.
  • Familiarity with generative AI projects or LLM integrations.
  • AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification; PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification.
