Manage daily site operations for high-density residential structural construction projects, ensuring safe execution, progress, equipment readiness, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide safety training for contractors and conduct daily safety briefings.
- Supervise work execution and monitor project progress.
- Manage tools and equipment, including inspections and equipment ordering.
- Open work plans and coordinate daily site activities.
- Inspect work quality, maintain high standards, and address repairs and site issues.
- Work Sunday through Thursday, plus alternating Fridays.
Requirements
- Certified Site Manager certification is required.
- More than 2 years of experience managing work on high-density residential structural construction projects.
- Ability to work under pressure with reliability, initiative, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
