Lead validation and testing projects in a reliability laboratory, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality automotive products and systems on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, execute, and oversee validation projects from initiation through completion
- Design and manage test plans, protocols, and validation procedures
- Lead validation engineers and technicians through guidance, training, and support
- Allocate project resources to meet objectives and deadlines
- Implement quality assurance processes for accurate and reliable test results
- Maintain test records, reports, technical documentation, and deviation tracking
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and automotive customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of validation, automation systems, and embedded software
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and resources
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
