Lead end-to-end delivery of complex platform software projects for autonomous driving systems, working with multidisciplinary engineering teams in Haifa, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements and lead project planning, execution, and delivery
- Drive technical discussions and remove project obstacles
- Coordinate multidisciplinary work across algorithm acceleration, sensor integration, operating systems, and in-vehicle visualization
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of complex projects
- Represent the group in project forums and prepare status reports for senior management
- Collaborate with research and development teams in a multidisciplinary environment
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering or scientific field
- 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, systems engineering, or agile team leadership
- Strong technical background with experience in system design, architecture, and software development
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering
