Responsibilities
- Review project data and metrics to identify quality issues, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Initiate, plan, and execute projects
- Implement quality control plans aligned with project objectives and quality management standards
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions
- Assess compliance, risks, and impacts on project deliverables
- Apply quality tools such as FMEA and translate findings into actions
- Prepare quality reports and stakeholder updates covering risks and mitigation
- Maintain accessible quality documentation
- Identify root causes and support long-term corrective actions
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve project quality
- Support cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, management, project management, or a related field
- At least 8 years leading complex, global, cross-functional projects in MedTech or quality-regulated environments
- Experience managing budgets
- Expertise in risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement
- Experience working with AI agents and data analysis
- Strong reporting and executive communication skills
- Advanced analytical and data analysis capabilities
- Fluent written and spoken English
