Lead post-NPI projects for networking products, driving engineering changes from initiation through production implementation and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering changes end to end, from change request initiation through implementation in production.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, logistics, and other stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes that support engineering changes on the production line.
- Align project execution with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies in production.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with software processes and backlog management.
- Experience in production-facing roles.
