Responsibilities
- Lead planned and unplanned maintenance, outages, upgrades, modernizations, and project execution at power-generation sites
- Manage customer relationships, contract requirements, negotiations, proposals, and change opportunities
- Coordinate engineering, field service, EHS, finance, commercial, operations, and international teams
- Manage subcontractors, support personnel, equipment, tools, spare parts, logistics, and international specialists
- Control project budgets, financials, margins, schedules, risks, quality, compliance, and resource allocation
- Prepare and present project status reports covering progress, milestones, budgets, and deviations
- Ensure safe, timely, and reliable return of generation units to service
- Identify and resolve issues affecting project schedules, margins, safety, quality, or customer satisfaction
- Support sales teams with maintenance-contract offers and changes
- Drive continuous improvement and project expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or another relevant engineering field
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex site-based projects
- High-level written and spoken English
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong customer, stakeholder, contractor, and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, resources, and financial performance
- Commitment to compliance, safety, quality, and timely problem resolution
- Willingness to travel internationally
Nice to have
- Experience with gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators
- Knowledge of the power generation market
- PMP certification
- German language skills
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP
