Senior Project Manager – Navigation and Attack Drones

Lead multidisciplinary, technology-intensive projects involving navigation systems and attack drones within a defense and autonomy organization. Own project plans, budgets, schedules, performance, risks, integration, suppliers, and customer engagement in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project work programs, budgets, schedules, performance, and risks
- Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and systems engineering activities covering system and customer requirements, product definition, software, and algorithms
- Manage and lead technical reviews and presentations for customers and senior stakeholders
- Lead integrated project teams and coordinate team managers
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers and oversee their deliverables
- Oversee project implementation and integration processes in Israel and abroad
- Manage customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships
- Support product-line marketing, business development, tenders, and customer proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited academic institution
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and subcontractor management
- High-level English proficiency for speaking, writing, and negotiations
- Full proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Strong systems perspective
Nice to have
- Engineering specialization in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, electro-optics, or industrial engineering
- Experience managing projects in a large defense organization
- Experience with Enterprise Architect, SAP, and risk management
