Manage several development and serial-production projects in parallel

Manage risks and lead cross-organizational processes
Represent projects to customers and subcontractors
Coordinate teams and stakeholders in a matrix structure
Work with customers in Israel and abroad

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Previous experience managing system-development projects
Strong English proficiency
Ability to lead teams and multiple interfaces in a matrix organization
Willingness to work under pressure and travel internationally

Nice to have

Familiarity with air-conditioning systems or diesel engines
Experience working with the Israel Defense Forces or Ministry of Defense
Armored corps or ordnance military background
