Lead end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary defense and aerospace development projects, managing budgets, schedules, resources, customers, subcontractors, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of project delivery, including budget, schedule, objectives, and deliveries.
- Manage ongoing relationships with customers and subcontractors.
- Lead and coordinate the project team.
- Allocate project resources and report progress to management.
- Coordinate with systems engineers, operations, program leadership, engineering, production, management, customers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary development projects.
- High level of English.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, deliverables, and executive reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience developing weapon systems.
- Experience managing projects valued above $10 million.
