Lead trade and maintenance, repair, and overhaul projects within an aviation organization. Coordinate cross-functional teams, supply chain activities, budgets, schedules, documentation, and international customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams according to project requirements.
- Build project work plans and schedules.
- Monitor and manage procurement and supply chain activities.
- Track performance against budget targets.
- Conduct reviews and consolidate relevant data.
- Prepare management documents and presentations.
- Coordinate matrix teams and subcontractors.
- Work with international customers.
Requirements
- Practical engineering or technician qualification.
- Full proficiency in Excel.
- Good English communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to motivate employees and manage through a matrix structure.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Academic degree.
- Experience with aircraft engines.
- Experience receiving engines and establishing projects and infrastructure.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience in aviation MRO environments.
