Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs for large engineering, manufacturing, and industrial organizations, from strategy and process design through go-live and organizational adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise PLM programs from strategy and vision through go-live and full adoption
- Manage complex transformation projects involving business process design, organizational change, and PLM implementation
- Work with senior executives and leaders across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and information systems
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage vendors and business partners
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources
- Lead integrations between PLM, ERP, MES, and engineering systems
- Manage data migration, user adoption, and organizational implementation activities
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience managing complex technology projects
- At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs
- Proven experience implementing at least one PLM system
- Experience managing projects with budgets of millions of Israeli shekels
- Experience managing project teams of at least seven employees
- Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial organizations
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, engineering, and manufacturing processes
- Experience leading enterprise systems integrations and data migrations
- Ability to work with senior executives and manage multiple stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in defense or aerospace organizations
- Experience with global manufacturing organizations
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification
- Experience leading organizational change management initiatives
