Lead the operational execution of complex projects within a defense and aerospace manufacturing environment, coordinating schedules, logistics, budgets, engineering, quality, and production readiness.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational aspects of projects, including schedules, logistics, budgets, engineering, and quality.
- Monitor and control project cost models.
- Manage supply chain activities and project schedule adherence.
- Plan and establish the infrastructure required for production.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Manage project risks and mitigation actions.
- Lead the project’s integrated product team.
- Transfer new products from development into manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, production planning, or logistics management.
- Very good knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Experience with manufacturing, logistics processes, and standards in the defense industry.
