Lead multidisciplinary internal audit activities, analyze processes and risks, present improvement recommendations, and advance digital, AI, and data analytics methods.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary internal audit activities across domestic operations and international subsidiaries
- Analyze business and operational processes, risks, and emerging trends
- Manage all stages of the audit process, including risk assessments, work-plan preparation, audit execution, and development of findings and improvement recommendations
- Present audit insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management
- Track the execution and implementation of recommendations
- Lead initiatives to improve audit methodologies and develop innovative ways of working
- Introduce digital tools and AI into audit activities
- Integrate data analytics into internal audit processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field
- At least three years of management experience
- Strong ability to analyze processes, data, and risks
- Systems thinking and the ability to understand complex, multidisciplinary environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization

- Experience adopting digital tools and AI in professional processes
