Lead customer-facing Priority ERP implementation projects from initiation and requirements analysis through configuration, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Priority ERP implementation projects.
- Analyze business requirements, map operational workflows, and prepare functional specifications and characterization documents, including SOWs and BRDs.
- Configure and implement Priority ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate development teams, end users, stakeholders, and management throughout delivery.
- Manage timelines, resources, priorities, and milestones while identifying and escalating bottlenecks.
- Track progress, mitigate risks, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on Priority ERP experience, including configuration and implementation.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Priority ERP Retail module.
- At least two years of customer-facing project management and systems implementation experience.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
Nice to have
- Five to seven years of experience leading significant technology projects.
