Full-time, on-site role in northern Tel Aviv overseeing finishing contractors and coordinating construction activities for residential building projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and guide all finishing contractors.
- Conduct daily on-site inspections of workmanship and finish quality.
- Ensure work complies with architectural plans, technical specifications, and construction standards.
- Manage finishing-stage work plans and coordinate interfaces between contractors and teams.
- Maintain workflow continuity throughout the finishing stage.
- Enforce work and safety procedures.
- Maintain an orderly and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Certified construction work manager certificate is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of proven experience managing finishing works on residential construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of finishing materials and construction systems.
- Ability to read architectural plans, technical specifications, and work plans.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Leadership, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills for managing teams and contractors.
- Willingness to work full-time in field conditions.
