Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex terrestrial communications projects, coordinating customers, subcontractors, engineering, development, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project execution and delivery
- Build and execute project work plans
- Manage subcontractors and customer relationships
- Manage multiple terrestrial communications projects
- Prepare statements of work, specifications, test specifications, reports, and related project documentation
- Coordinate hardware, firmware, software development, and third-party integrations
- Lead system engineering, integration, development, manufacturing, procurement, and subcontractor teams in a matrix structure
- Drive follow-on sales with customers
Requirements
- Academic degree in engineering
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex multidisciplinary communications projects
- Knowledge of communications systems
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects in a matrix organization
- Willingness to combine office and field work
- Willingness to travel internationally

- Experience with cellular communications systems
- Defense-sector project management experience
